By analysing data such as historical sales patterns, outlet characteristics, seasonality and promotions, the tool recommends the most appropriate product mix and quantities for each outlet.

This data‑driven process improves ordering accuracy, reduces inventory build‑up, supports fresher product age and enables faster product turnover in stores. It also drives more consistent in‑market execution in highly competitive retail environments—demonstrating how data and AI can translate directly into tangible commercial value.
