Annual Conference Maps the Path for Sustainable Growth
Swire Coca‑Cola China’s annual conference was held in Fuzhou under the theme “Rooted in Strengths, Pioneering New Paths”, bringing together its China leadership team, colleagues from 13 bottling plants across the Chinese Mainland, as well as partners from the Coca‑Cola system and the wider business network.
Set against a fast‑evolving consumer and retail landscape, the conference focused on strategies to strengthen execution and drive sustainable growth. Leadership shared the company’s strategic direction, while teams from across the bottling network showcased best practices spanning market execution, route‑to‑market, e‑commerce and digitalisation — highlighting how these initiatives are unlocking new growth opportunities.
Continuing a longstanding tradition, colleagues took part in the Swire Coca‑Cola Sprint, demonstrating teamwork, collaboration and a shared winning ambition. This year’s event also featured the donation of a sanitising water system to a local rural school, reflecting our commitment to the communities we serve.
The conference concluded with a gala dinner and awards ceremony recognising outstanding performance across the bottling plants. The Fujian plants received the Gold Award for Best Bottler, in recognition of their exceptional innovation and meaningful contributions to the business.
