Swire Coca‑Cola HK Wins Silver Award at Excellence Cup for the First Time

Swire Coca-Cola HK (“SCCHK”) has been awarded the Silver Winner title at the 2025 Excellence Cup of The Coca-Cola Company’s Greater China and Mongolia Operating Unit—marking its first time receiving this recognition. SCCHK stood out among 35 bottlers across the region for delivering strong business performance while building capabilities for long‑term, sustainable growth.
Over the year, the Hong Kong team strengthened performance across the portfolio through consistent, high‑quality execution—from ensuring product availability to delivering a cohesive brand presence in market. The team delivered positive market share gains across most categories, while attributable profit increased by 14% compared with 2024.
This achievement was underpinned by close collaboration across sales teams, plant operations and supporting functions, turning strategy into tangible results. A notable example was the Hong Kong Sevens in 2025, a world‑class rugby tournament and one of Asia’s most popular annual sporting events, which made its debut at Kai Tak Sports Park. As a founding partner alongside The Coca‑Cola Company, Swire Coca‑Cola HK mobilised cross‑functional teams to install hundreds of coolers, fountain dispensers and vending machines—ensuring fans stayed refreshed throughout the event.
In celebration of Swire Coca-Cola’s 60th anniversary, the Hong Kong team also rolled out a series of flagship initiatives that highlighted its capabilities in brand building, community engagement and large‑scale project execution. These began with the Swire Coca‑Cola HK Active Run 2025, which brought together over 4,000 participants through races, family activities and sustainability initiatives.
At the same time, the Hong Kong Coca-Cola Museum at the Shatin plant was upgraded with the theme “Rooted in Hong Kong”. The refreshed museum connects collective memories with modern manufacturing, showcasing advanced production facilities and sustainability initiatives, while promoting environmental awareness and public education.
While celebrating six decades of heritage, the team is also investing in capabilities for the next phase of growth. SCCHK continues to accelerate its digital transformation, advancing data‑driven partnerships such as integrating its Coke+ HK consumer application with leading retail loyalty platforms, and deepening collaboration with customers through shopper and scan data insights.
This Silver Award marks an important milestone for Swire Coca‑Cola HK. Building on this momentum, the team will continue to execute with focus, work closely with partners and harness insights to refresh the communities we call home.
