BP & CI ConferenceHeld by the Supply Chain Division, the annual BP & CI Conference provides a platform for bottlers to meet and share their experience and knowledge, as well as best practices at work, to achieve operational and performance excellence. It includes a Golden Ideas Competition that encourages frontline staff to make continuous improvements in their daily workflow.

Mini Management Development Program (Mini-MDP)

Mini-MDP is a two-year programme that helps managers engage in self-development and improve in areas necessary to lead their teams in completing tasks. It enables them to be more understanding of others; learn best practices, and be better equipped to meet the ever-evolving needs of the business.

The Supply Chain Academy promotes a culture of learning within the organisation and sustainable development within the supply chain, whilst also providing professional advice on the techniques for continuous improvement. It offers accreditation and evaluation; technical skills training, and training to equip staff to become trainers themselves. Courses include: planning, purchasing and production, quality assurance, automation, warehousing, transportation and delivery, and sewage and other environmental impacts.
