Annual Sales Conference in Hong Kong

On 8th January, Swire Coca-Cola HK (SCCHK) brought together around 250 dedicated colleagues and management from both Swire Coca-Cola and The Coca-Cola Company for our annual Sales Conference. This year’s theme was "Beyond Number 1, Driven to Win".

Representatives from The Coca-Cola Company and the marketing team of SCCHK introduced strategies for various brands in 2025, including the promotion of sparkling drinks and Bonaqua label-less water, and the further expansion of our Authentic Tea House market share. In addition, the Nestlé and Monster teams also shared new products that will be launched in the coming year, encouraging colleagues to collaboratively promote these innovations to drive outstanding business performance.

The event venue featured an impressive execution showcase area, where the company's products were neatly displayed in order to highlight outstanding case studies that set the standard for excellence.

We also took a moment to recognise the dedication of our team during the RACE 2024 Award ceremony, which celebrated the exceptional contributions of our sales representatives who have gone above and beyond. Karen So, Managing Director of Swire Coca-Cola, said: "Opportunities will always outnumber challenges. We should focus on our execution capabilities and customer management to maintain our competitiveness in the market.  As Swire Coca-Cola expands into eight markets, collaboration becomes increasingly vital. By harnessing and sharing best practices across our markets, we can achieve remarkable collective success."

Hunter Jin, CEO of SEAHKT Operations at Swire Coca-Cola, said: "Our frontliners – those who work directly with our customers – are the ones who hear what customers are saying and can share those insights with us. We need to fully support them, and this will help us align our strategies with what our customers truly want."

Richard Gould, General Manager of SCCHK, said: "A thousand-foot-tall building rises from the ground up. To achieve success, we must have a solid foundation, which is great execution. This is the best strategy to win customers' trust, and is a key factor in becoming a model market and the best bottling plant."
 

In the spirit of our theme, we hosted the "SCCHK Run to Live" competition in the afternoon, where participants displayed their determination and competitive spirit. The energy from our cheering team created a warm and uplifting atmosphere that truly made the day special!
