International Women's Day

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Swire Coca-Cola reaffirmed its commitment to fostering respect and inclusivity both within our organisation and in the communities we serve.
In Cambodia, our team hosted a hybrid panel discussion on the theme of “Building Sisterhood in the Workplace.” Female leaders shared inspiring personal stories of overcoming challenges and engaged in open dialogue with employees on women’s empowerment and the importance of cultivating a supportive work environment.

In Hong Kong, colleagues partnered with local NGOs near our Shatin bottling plant, joining 50 women from partner organisations to create flower garlands for local beneficiaries. This initiative celebrated the contributions of women and further strengthened our connection to the communities we serve.
