At Swire Coca-Cola, safety is our top priority, and we believe all incidents are preventable. Guided by our “Zero is Possible” framework, we drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying risks and implementing appropriate controls with the full support of top management.

We leverage advanced digital solutions to manage and enhance workplace safety and specially design processes and procedures to minimise on-site risks. We also foster a culture of safe behaviours and safety leadership at every level of the organisation, from the front line to senior management.

Our efforts are making a real difference. Last year, we achieved a remarkable 55% reduction in our Total Injury Rate compared to our 2018 baseline (excluding the U.S.), and a 20.3% reduction in our U.S. market. These results reflect the effectiveness of our safety strategy and our ongoing commitment to ensuring a safe workplace for all.
