In late May, more than 120 seasoned leaders from Swire Coca-Cola’s diverse markets, including the U.S., Greater China, and Southeast Asia, gathered in our newest market, Bangkok, for our Leaders Summit. Joined by esteemed guests from the Coca-Cola system, the event served as a powerful platform to align our teams around a shared vision for the decade ahead, while fostering collaboration and an exchange of ideas.
Before the summit officially began, participants had the opportunity to dive into the local landscape through an immersive market visit and a plant tour. Through both, they gained first-hand insights into market dynamics and local operations.
Over two inspiring days, our leaders engaged in insightful presentations and panel discussions, sharing best practices across key business focuses such as: Commercial Strategy, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Optimisation and Talent Development.
A highlight of the event was a creative team-building exercise where teams collaborated to construct model cities, embodying the innovation, teamwork, and forward-thinking spirit that define Swire Coca-Cola’s success across our vibrant markets.
The summit held special significance, as this year also marks the 60th anniversary of Swire Coca-Cola. We celebrated this special milestone with an exhibition booth showcasing our rich history. As we honored our legacy, we also looked forward, energised by the possibilities and achievements awaiting us in the years ahead.
