Swire Coca-Cola China’s Mid-Year Townhall

In July, Swire Coca-Cola China held its Mid-Year Townhall in Nanchang, bringing together management and employees from across the region. With over 1,200 participants engaging both in-person and virtually, the event strengthened a shared sense of purpose and direction.

The Townhall began with senior leaders from across departments presenting an overview of business performance that outlined strategic priorities and emphasised cross-functional collaboration as one of the key drivers for the company’s success.

Also featured was a session for frontline colleagues to share insights from their day-to-day roles, while an open dialogue with senior leaders addressed their key concerns. Additionally, a new capability-building model was introduced during the event, highlighting our commitment to fostering talent development at every level.

As 2025 marks Swire Coca-Cola’s 60th anniversary, the Townhall served as a meaningful opportunity to reflect on six decades of remarkable achievements. Colleagues celebrated this milestone with genuine enthusiasm, united in their commitment to building an even brighter future together.
