Celebrating Pride Month

At Swire Coca-Cola, we recognise and value diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) as fundamental pillars of our success. We believe that embracing diverse perspectives not only enhances our decision-making but also strengthens our agility and resilience as a team. This Pride Month, our teams across Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam brought this spirit to life.

In Thailand, ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola celebrated Pride Month both internally and externally, reinforcing their commitment to well-being and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) by fostering a workplace where everyone can thrive. Inside the company, pride-themed decorations brightened offices throughout the month, spreading positive energy and good vibes. Activities were designed to encourage Khon ThaiNamthip colleagues to show their support on social media, amplifying the message of inclusion. Apart from internal activities, ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola proudly joined the landmark event featuring Asia’s longest rainbow parade — stretching over six kilometres. Participation in this vibrant celebration demonstrated a strong commitment to DEIB. Along the parade route, Coca-Cola beverages were served to energise and uplift the crowd.
In Laos, Lao Coca-Cola Bottling celebrated Pride Month by hosting a joyful gathering filled with colour and togetherness. Colleagues enjoyed rainbow-themed cupcakes, pizza, and other delicious treats, accompanied by refreshing Coca-Cola beverages — all shared in the spirit of unity and support.
In Vietnam, Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam launched the #ShareWithPride campaign to champion an inclusive and supportive workplace. We rolled out Pride-themed digital assets and an interactive Pride Quiz to boost visibility and understanding of the LGBTQ+ community. The campaign culminated in a #ShareWithPride Photo Contest that invited employees to share photos reflecting diversity and inclusivity by incorporating the Pride flag’s colors.
