Volunteer leave to encourage staff volunteering

Swire Coca-Cola is committed to advocating corporate volunteering and encouraging employees to contribute to the community.  Apart from participating in volunteer service organised by the company, our Taiwan team also lets employees choose their preferred charity organisations.

The Human Resources department of Swire Coca-Cola Taiwan (SCCT) convened a volunteer team to help a local NGO Step 30 International Ministries in sorting second-hand footwear and clothes donated by the public. The SCCT management team also went to a charity shop operated by the Down Syndrome Foundation R.O.C to pack charity mooncake gift boxes before the Mid-autumn Festival. In addition, a total of 34 Swire Coca-Cola Taiwan employees volunteered for the Child Welfare League Foundation at its exhibition, putting their care for children into action by raising the public's understanding of children's rights.
