Best Practices Shared Among Swire Coca-Cola Bottlers in China

On 22 March, Swire Coca-Cola China held its annual bottlers conference in Yunnan, bringing together senior leaders from Swire Coca-Cola, our strategic partners and staff. More than 300 representatives from 13 bottlers attended the conference in person, while live broadcasts allowed over 13,000 employees to participate virtually.

During the conference, our senior leaders shared strategies and new directions for business development, and our bottler representatives exchanged their best practices in key areas such as sales and marketing and digitalisation. The conference also featured a panel discussion with guest speakers from our renowned partners, including: The Coca-Cola Company, Bain & Company, Alibaba Cloud, Ogilvy, and Budweiser, who shared their insights on navigating the ever-evolving business landscape.
 

Another highlight of this year’s annual conference was the 5-km Swire Coca-Cola Run. Teams from various bottlers participated, showcasing the spirit of teamwork and ambition to win. Following the conference, a gala dinner and award presentation ceremony was held. The prestigious Gold Award for Best Bottler 2023 was clinched by the host, Swire Coca-Cola Yunnan, in recognition of their outstanding efforts in driving the company's growth.
