Celebrating International Women’s Day

Swire Coca-Cola is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for women at all levels of our business, and supporting their growth in the workplace. This year, our South East Asia teams organised different activities to champion gender equality and empower women, aligning with the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day ‘Inspire Inclusion’.
 

Our Cambodia team hosted a Women’s Leadership Forum, inviting female leaders to share insights on how to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. They also provided career advice for young women. Swire Coca-Cola remains dedicated to increasing the representation of women in senior positions. We are proud to share that an impressive 66% of our local management team comprises exceptional women! Additionally, our Vietnam team produced a video spotlighting the incredible women who contribute to the company’s success.
