Driving success through continuous improvement

In December 2022, Swire Coca-Cola hosted its 14th Best Practices and Continuous Improvement (BP&CI) Conference which also featured a Digital Innovation Competition.

Held by the Supply Chain Division, the BP&CI Conference provides a platform for bottlers to meet and share their experience and knowledge, as well as best practices at work that help them to achieve operational and performance excellence. It includes a Golden Ideas Competition that encourages frontline staff to make continuous improvements in their daily workflow.

Entries in the competitions included a total of 683 supply chain improvement proposals, 22 digital innovation projects, and more than 55,000 golden ideas. Submitted by frontline employees from 13 bottling plants in the Chinese Mainland, the competitions fully demonstrate that Swire Coca-Cola employees are focused on continuous improvement and are determined to strive for changes and innovation.
