Grand Opening of New Regional Office

In September, Swire Coca-Cola celebrated a major milestone with the grand opening of its new regional office for the South East Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan (SEAHKT) markets. Located in Hong Kong, the hometown of Swire Coca-Cola, the new office will serve as a strategic hub connecting our strong heritage markets of Hong Kong and Taiwan with exciting growth opportunities in South East Asia following the company's recent acquisitions of bottling businesses in Vietnam and Cambodia.

The opening ceremony was attended by over 70 guests, including Swire Coca-Cola’s management team and representatives from The Coca-Cola Company, as well as colleagues from the SEAHKT regional team. In his opening speech, Hunter Jin, CEO of SEAHKT Operations of Swire Coca-Cola, expressed confidence that the new regional office will foster greater collaboration and unlock the immense potential of the SEAHKT markets. He highlighted the promising growth prospects over the next 5-10 years with the support of the dedicated teams and partners within the Coca-Cola system.

With the expansion into the two new markets in South East Asia, a franchise population of 114 million people was added to Swire Coca-Cola, and volume was expanded by over 150 million unit cases per year.
