Successful Summer Internship Programme

This past summer, Swire Coca-Cola provided valuable learning opportunities for young talents through its Internship Programme in Hong Kong and the United States.


In Hong Kong, eight university students were selected for an eight-week internship across various business units, including: Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources. At the graduation ceremony, the interns shared valuable insights gained from their experience, while their mentors expressed pride in the interns' tremendous growth and achievements.


In the United States, 20 interns gained hands-on experience during a 12-week internship. They worked on real business projects – from production and pricing to delivering refreshments to customers. They also visited our production facilities to understand the operations of a bottling plant, and had networking opportunities with our senior executives to establish their personal networks.

Building on this successful summer, Swire Coca-Cola USA plans to double its intern intake in 2024, expanding these valuable opportunities to empower young people and unleash their infinite potential.
