Swire Coca-Cola is celebrating a remarkable achievement – our teams in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam have each earned HR Asia's prestigious 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia' award for 2023. Winning the award across multiple Asian markets underscores our commitment to being the best employer in the region.
 

In Hong Kong, Swire Coca-Cola HK secured three honours: 'Best Company to Work for in Asia,' the newly-introduced 'Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award,' and the ‘Digital Transformation Award.’ These recognitions are a testament to our dedication to developing talent, creating a diverse and inclusive working environment for employees to thrive, and leveraging digital platforms to enrich employee engagement.
 

Likewise, our Taiwan and Vietnam teams were also recognised for their exceptional workplace culture. In Taiwan, our team proudly received its fifth straight 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia' award, and also picked up the inaugural 'Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award'. Our Vietnam team has now earned the same title for four consecutive years, and also was the recipient of the first 'Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award'.
