Swire Coca-Cola successfully hosted a global town hall meeting in July. This momentous event brought together esteemed leaders from both Swire Coca-Cola and The Coca-Cola Company to address and engage with Swire Coca-Cola employees worldwide. The town hall meeting was broadcast to employees across all operating regions to foster unity, collaboration, and alignment within the global Coca-Cola system.
The distinguished panel of speakers from Swire Coca-Cola included: Pat Healy, Chairman; Karen So, Managing Director; Rob Gehring, President and CEO of Swire Coca-Cola USA; and Dang Jian, CEO of Swire Coca-Cola China. Notably, we were honoured to have senior leaders from The Coca-Cola Company in attendance, including: James Quincey, Chairman and CEO; Henrique Braun, President of International Development; Nancy Quan, Senior Vice President and Chief Technical and Innovation Officer; as well as Marcelo Boffi, Chief Operating Officer of North America.
The global town hall provided an invaluable platform for leaders to share their insights, vision, and strategic direction for Swire Coca-Cola. It also served as an opportunity for employees to gain a deeper understanding of the system's goals, values, and plans for the future.
